We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of the Superspora service and website.
2. Who we are
Data Controller:
Webmaster Heimen (trading as “Superspora”)
Contact person: Frode Heimen

3. Information we collect
We collect only the data needed to operate the service and communicate with you.
3.1. Account information
When you create an account, you may log in using:
Email and password, or
Google sign-in (OAuth).
We store your basic profile data (name, email address, and authentication token) only to manage your account and login access.
3.2. Project data
Superspora lets you add domains and pages to organize your SEO work.
We track only quantitative data — such as the number of projects, domains, and pages — to understand overall usage.
We do not monitor or review the actual content, notes, or information you store within your projects.
3.3. Communication data
If you add an email address for automatic reports, Superspora will send project summaries and updates to that address.
You control this feature — reports are only sent if you have entered a recipient email.
3.4. Analytics and app usage data
We may collect aggregated usage data (e.g., number of active users, session counts, or performance data) for analytical and improvement purposes.
From time to time, we may use tools such as Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics to better understand app and website usage.
All such data is anonymized or pseudonymized where possible.
3.5. Payment information
Payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment provider (Stripe).
Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
4. How we use your information
We use collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the Superspora platform and app
- Communicate with customers about their accounts, updates, or support
- Send project reports if configured by the user

- Legitimate interests — to improve services and maintain security;
- Consent — for analytics, newsletters, and optional reporting emails.
7. Data retention
We keep user account data for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account at any time, and we will remove or anonymize your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law (for example, invoicing records).
